Drove past 1 KFC 🍗 to pull up at this one and so happy we did. Service: very good and the manager pointed out that there would be a 3 minute wait on one of the burgers which is always a worrying thought that everything else will be cold but that one item, back to our surprise everything was fantastic! Food: Hot Chips! Burgers had nice warm buns not moist and the chicken fillets delicious, great potato and gravy, chicken was very moist and flavoursome. Atmosphere: it was really nice very clean considering it was dinner time with people coming and going as well as eating in. Overall well worth the five stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

None of us could eat them and i personally like extra but this was way too salty...... Original: Was going to rate lower but customer service was spectacular and their communication skills are above expectations 👌 15/12/2022 @8.30pm male manager did amazing job along with counter staff. 👏 and have to say food is top quality unlike other kflat kfc. Lansell has a gem

Tonight 29/5/2025, we decided to stay the night at Bendigo and managed to get an accommodation not far from Lancell Kentucky Fried. Initially we only ordered 1 Mighty Chicken meal. We don't really eat that much. However we were presented with really delicious pack. Why I say delicious is because where I come from in WA I rarely get Kentucky Fried cooked to perfection. The chickens were crisp on the outside and tender and juicy inside. So I asked my partner to get another couple of pieces which he did. Adam B who is the manager I believe offered us a deal for just a minimal amount he will chuck in additional pieces. We are so thrilled. Not because of the extra pieces if chicken but by the way this young manager took the time to engage with his customers. Kentucky Fried, this young man is a gift to your chain. Fantastic experience at KFC Lansell. Came through drive thru, staff were efficient and lovely. Food (was) fresh 😆

Until I decided to go off the drive thru and get stuck. The team were super quick to come to me to ensure I was okay. The girl manager with glasses truly made me feel better about the silly mistake.

Special mention to cj? Or JC? Who saved the day and got my car out for the drive thru to be reopened.

They all truly went above and beyond.

This happened at 4PM. Thanks again 🤝 Ill definitely be back, maybe not through the drive thru...
