Wow, I rarely give negative reviews, but if I could go lower than one star at this location I would. I'm a big fan of nori rolls but this has to be one of the worst ones I've purchased. Soggy nori falling off the rice, felt like it had been sitting there longer than half a day. Tried to take it back, couldn't get a refund or swap for an alternative item. Manager extremely rude. Worst product and worst service I have received in a long time. Not what I would expect from this chain, whose products are usually good. Never ever buy anything from them Specially from the LADY IN THE PICTURE. First of all they doesn’t even let you decide what you want and keep asking whether you ready???? And when I was thinking what im going to buy she was mad at me for no reason and told me don’t order not ready!!! If you run a business you need to learn patience as well!!!
