Great service, open Sundays, coffee is made in the blink of an eye (Sunday barista is super speedy!!). Easy parking. Inside and outside seating. Home made goodies. Need to ask for gf options, they can make toasties and other items might be low gluten. Ham and cheese crossiant is delicious. Tucked away in the top left hand corner of the Bendigo Homemaker Centre in High Street Kangaroo Flat you will find the Rocklea Café. This is where I met up for coffee today. We ordered coffee and something to eat. The coffee was great and the food fresh and delicious. After a comment from us about the excellent coffee, the person who was serving us made mention of how lucky they were to have a Barista that made great coffee topped off by an amazing talent for Latte Art. Worth noting for anyone looking for a spot of lunch that this café is under new management. Have been in a couple of times in the last few weeks and can speak highly on the steak sandwich's and hamburgers (with the lot) - made the old fashioned way where they are a good feed! Yet to try much else on the menu but everything else looks pretty good. Friendly staff and great atmosphere.
