Manager that was on tonight and usual manager is very rude and disrespectful how she talks to customers , been a couple of times now and last time was as bad so review it is . The staff are suffering because of the manager she is not coping with the store the young boy who was on last time and in drive through tonight once again saved the day ! KFC needs to review back to what they use to use as their motto âCHAMPSâ! This worked when I was a manager and that clearly isnât in place! The staff member last time on break was doing selfies while under the pump and manager didnât care while the other staff were asking for her help her break had two minutes left ! Jump in for five and take your two minutes . Wish I knew names but no name tags a credit to the young guy that was on drive through order take at 7:45 tonight for reference. Manager slams window asking if we would park to wait very happy to knowing it will be fresh then a glare and staff not having direction . If staff have direction not only do they perform better so does the stores credibility and the managers job is a lot easier but to be honest the manager isnât looking for a career clearly within kfc itâs just a job!    Read moreWe stopped at KFC Leongatha yesterday on our way to Wilsons Prom for a quick meal and were left very disappointed. One of the items we ordered was a chocolate mousse â something we were looking forward to. However, when we tried to eat it, we found it completely frozen, with the spoon getting stuck in it.
Thinking this must have been a mistake, we returned to the counter to politely let the staff know. Instead of any apology or effort to resolve the issue professionally, the young girl behind the counter was extremely rude and said, "Werenât you made aware that we only sell frozen mousse?" This was news to us â there had been no indication at the time of purchase that the mousse was meant to be served frozen.
When we said we werenât aware, she simply replied, "Well, I can give you your money back," in a dismissive tone. She then handed us a cash refund even though we had paid by EFTPOS â no explanation, no apology, and no attempt to offer a better solution.

   Read moreI went through the drive through yesterday (15th of May 2022) at 10:45am and was overjoyed to find Hot and Spicy was on the menu. A paper sign had been taped to the drive through menu announcing it had returned. I ordered a Giant Feast and had 13 of the 15 pieces replaced with Hot and Spicy.
Today(16th of May 2022), at midday, I returned to the same drive through, and ordered 10 pieces of Hot and Spicy only to be told that they're not selling it and that promotion hasn't started yet. I protested that I had some yesterday only to again be told that wasn't possible and then condescendingly told that it must have been wicked wings and that they're similar.
Half tempted to take the bones I have here with the remains of crumbing on them from yesterday to the restaurant and show them. I did have it yesterday and I won't be gaslit. Treating your customers like they're liars or stupid is...
