Subway — Restaurant in Victoria

Would like to thank the two guys I. Service tonight. Being gluten free (celiac) I was wrapped about subwaybhaving gluten free options , website states the steak is gluten free , went back to get again but had been very sore not thinking it would be the steak! Website states it’s gluten free , lucky the guys instore had a list and said it’s not gluten free, SUBWAY should take it more seriously and maybe update the current allergen on website, thank you to the guys as I couldn’t work out why I was so sore last night , being lazy went back tonight after work and when ordering the young guy stated it’s not gluten free! Glad he said something and took initiative to make sure it was without asking , a credit to him for making me not sick and also now knowing what made me ill last night. Not happy as wanted another lazy night but lucky the team were on it! Subway don’t let your staff do the updates get on the allergy list...

Went there early this month, the lady, sandwich chef, was neither presentable. Nor our sandwiches were prepared as per the usual subway ‘s standard. The sauces were just put in a corner, and salads were falling out, the fillings ( meat & patty) were cold which were supposed to be warm. I didn’t bother eating it as after 2-3 bites, I threw in the bin. However; my son had to go and get his warmed. The sandwiches were literally tasteless. One bite had flavour but other didn’t because the sauces weren’t spread as they get done usually. Both our sandwiches and the chipotle slice thingi were absolutely messy and almost cold. My 5 yrs old boy does a better job in preparing a sandwich.

Hello I had an unpleasant experience with one of the male employees working at the Subway location. When we requested that he wrap our sandwiches, he responded in an unprofessional manner, being argumentative and dismissive. Despite us pointing out that the store wasn't busy, he insisted otherwise. When we asked him to involve a supervisor, his behavior became even more concerning. Not only was he uncooperative, but his actions felt discriminatory, and it deeply hurt our feelings.
