Little wren - Sandwich bar, Cafe — Restaurant in Victoria

I went in here today for a coffee they firstly charged me $5.00 for a coffee I waited 20 minutes and watched them serve 9 customers while waiting for it when I went in to ask where it was they had forgotten about it then they gave it to me after 5 fore minutes and it wasn’t what I ordered they gave it to me take away I wasn’t happy and asked for my money back they then gave me 4.50 so they over charged me as well I had to show my bank records to get my 5 $5.00 backside after 25 minutes I left for my appointment with no coffee I would defiantly never go back to this poor service and being ripped off p.s. I e been in there a few times before but that was my last If you want a coffee to actually turn up go else where

Such friendly and helpful staff and DELICIOUS FOOD! I went in and Linley asked if she could help me. I told her I had been thinking of getting a salad but had just seen their delicious looking quiche but that because of being on the keto diet I couldn't have it because of the pastry. 🙂🙂 Linleigh helpfully offered me the option of her cutting the crust off for me AND having it with a salad she'd make for me! She then bought it out for me within a minute or so. IT WAS DELICIOUS & GUILT (keto-diet) free!! Not long after Linley in her lovely, friendly manner checked if it was okay 🙂🙂. On my way out, another friendly staff member waited for me to exit before entering and said for me to have a nice day 🙂🙂. I'll definitely being going to Little Wren weekly...
