I used the mymaccas app to place my order of a sausage & egg muffin to find out I received a bacon & egg muffin some few kilometers down the highway. After having to drive extra distance to cross over the highway, do a u-turn & drive the opposite way of my intended direction to return to the store & get the ONE item, they screwed up, corrected. I kindly asked if a hash brown might be added for the inconvenience caused to myself. The manager instead of attending to me directly, advised his/her staff to hand me the correct item with no verbal apology & tell me it’s against company policy for a hash brown to be given, for inconvenience. During this time I counted 6 teenage workers heads all watching the drive thru window for my reaction. Which was to expect a review of my poor experience as a loyal customer. It does make me want to know when maccas implemented this policy? The amount of times that particular maccas has stuffed up my order & taken my number plate to rectify their error contradicts what the current manager had his/her staff member tell me??
Thankfully I don’t live near this location anymore & will never return. In my opinion, the only things worth buying from maccas these days are frappes & the sausage & egg muffin, everything else is over processed rubbish!!

I paid $83 for cold food. Half the food sat on the cold counter whilst the staff realised they. Had not cooked chips - we needed 7 serves. Once the chips were cooked and in the bags going cold, the staff realised they had not made the 7 drinks so we waited some more. When I asked the shift manager if this was acceptable- he thought it was - no apology at all. Then to add insult to injury we were missing a Big Mac and got no sauces for the nuggets. I rung - spoke to the manager again who offered a refund - said yes and that I would be back for the Big Mac. I got a cold Big Mac, staff laughed at me and after 19 minutes the manager who had to think for 5 minutes as to what his name might be - Dave - then told me he had no authority to even offer a refund- do yourself a favour and drive away from this store and try another- surely others cant be as bad/...
Read moreI usually never write reviews but the utter incompetence that this Mcdonald's produces is a joke, and for whatever reason, it only happens at nighttime. I placed an order over doordash for 3 people, three meals, a crispy chicken wrap meal (with certain things like sauce etc requested to be removed) that consisted of stone cold fries, a wrap that still had things inside that I asked to be removed AND the wrap wasn't packaged properly causing half the chicken to fall out into the bag, next was a chicken burger, that tasted dreadful along with the triple cheeseburger and had stone cold fries, what a shock. Finally a triple cheeseburger meal with 6 nuggets on the side, didn't even include and nuggets and the cold fries returned for the trilogy. They also left out a water that was to included with the chicken burger meal. In total this meal cost $63!! And what are doordash willing to reimburse me for my troubles? About $6. $6 on an order where its fair to say well over 50% of the order...
