Muffin Break Traralgon — Restaurant in Victoria

Disgusting service! I ordered a large takeaway coffee and began walking around the shops , and noticed that the takeaway coffee cup was leaking badly. I took the coffee back to the counter and one of the workers said "another broken cup". It amazed me that they were still serving hot coffee in a batch of coffee cups they knew were broken. I asked them for another coffee as most of my coffee had leaked all over my hand and the floor of Coles. They were really really really quick in making another one and realised that they just poured my old coffee into another cup and then topped it up with warm milk, I now just have a cup of warm milk. I again asked them to make another coffee properly and the bad attitude I received was revolting. When I finally got my coffee I asked for a back up takeaway cup, just in case this one started leaking as well. The blonde lady making the coffee could not be more annoyed even if she tried. I could not understand why she was annoyed when I now know they are still using broken cups. The new coffee was poorly made and you could taste their hate. Think I can throw away my loyalty card...

Got a four pack today. Ordered a special Churro muffin. The girl at the register didn't know how to put churro muffins on the order screen, so another co-worker came over and explained how to add churro muffins to the order. They probably said the word churro half a dozen times between them. After all this, when I arrived home I opened it to find I was given a plain choc chip one instead of a Churro one.. bit disappointing.

Also wish they'd have the lemon meringue ones advertised all over Facebook, been three times in the last week and haven't seen it offered yet.

I come down today and ordered 2 cups of flat white coffee, hot chocolate 1 banana chocolate muffin and a slice of lemon cake. The cakes was coming first and we waited for the coffees and hot chocolate almost 30minutes and I asked again to the cashier about my coffees and they were confused.
