I can only comment on the coffee I've ordered here on two separate occasions; first in 2021 and recently in September 2023. Sadly, the coffee has not improved between visits. I'm not sure if it's their beans/roast or the machine, or the staff or all of the above? But it's a very bitter and heavy tasting coffee. Perhaps a latte or cappuccino would offset this versus a traditional long black or espresso? But if you love black coffee, this probably isn't a great cafe to visit. The staff seem lovely, though. It's a very busy island cafe located directly in front of Coles. So it's going to be noisy in comparison to its direct competitors at Untitled. I have always bought coffee and the girls that work here have always been so friendly and nothing as ever been and issue. Until recently there is a new staff member that clearly does not like her job. I wanted a toasted sandwich that was in the window display still to be told they have turned off the machines to toast the sandwich. It was 1.50pm. Your closing time say clearly 3.45 so I guess someone has forgotten to tell this new staff member that they don’t close at 1.50. It has been my second encounter if this same staff member. The first time I let it go but not again. Very disappointing considering their a lot of other places I could go and get coffee...

MASSIVE happy shout out to Nikki and her team at OT A/C. I have been meaning to post this for some time now as both the service and the coffee are amazing and want to show my appreciation! These guys work their butts off with sometimes quite a few people there starring at them waiting for their coffee. Dont know how they work so well under that pressure but they do. Always with a smile on their face and so happy and nice to everyone! So thank you guys. You give me a great start to my day...
