I wanted to give some feedback about my recent experience at Subway Armstrong Creek. I often order online to skip the queue, and I love adding almost every salad option because I’m a big fan of veggies. Today, I arrived about 5 minutes early and saw my sandwich being prepared. However, I noticed that only about four pieces of carrot were added, and the tomatoes were missed altogether until I politely asked for them to be added back. The staff member was kind enough to fix it on the spot, which I appreciate.
That said, this is the second time I’ve had an issue with the quality of how my order was handled. I understand it’s busy, and it’s not entirely their fault, but it seems like the team might be struggling to maintain the same level of care when things get hectic. Proper training could really help them keep up the quality, even when the quantity of orders is high.
As a regular customer, I value my lunch and I’m sure others do too. I’ll be thinking twice before ordering again from this location, which is the closest to my place. Read moreI would like to share my horrible experience with this Subway Location. I went there to have my lunch and I have ordered a Footlong Subway. However, I have only requested to cut it into 2 pieces so that it is easier to eat. However, when I went to make a payment, the manager (Nayma) told her staff member to charge me for two of 6-inch subways instead of Footlong which is clearly cheating. The staff member was only trying to charge for Footlong but manager (Nayma) has clearly instructed her staff member to charge for two 6-inch subways. I have decided not to come back again to this location. They need to change the manager as she seems to be highly rude and inexperienced. I have never heard such thing before.
Edit: Those guys are now hiding my review so I had to repost this again from my another account. They also have some fake positive reviews recently specially about Manager Nayma so don’t believe those while genuine negative reviews like mine are...
Read moreThe person who was working at the time was hiding out the back. When she eventually came out there was only myself and one other customer yet she looked spooked as if it was a dinner rush. I couldn't figure out why I had to keep repeating myself until she turned to put my chicken in to be heated up. That's when I saw an air pod or Bluetooth in her right ear. For God's sake you are at work in a kitchen taking orders. No Airpods!!! And possibly worse. No phone calls. Do your job properly. No asking if I wanted anything else and the second the EFTPOS accepted payment she couldn't get away quick enough. The whole time I was beyond calm and accommodating. But this is disgusting customer service. You're not being paid to do the minimum and listen to music or take a phone call at the same time....
