Papa's Rich Noodles Warragul — Restaurant in Victoria

Very Disappointed, what a shame!

We have enjoyed all our meals over the years from Papa's Rich Noodles in Warragul. We have been loyal customers and always support local businesses where possible. Tonight we ordered two combination noddle dishes with seafood added. Our daughter ate some of the noodles and meat before we tried it. Once my husband and I tried the noodle dishes we realised that the prawns and chicken used were not fresh and tasted off. We politely rang and said we couldn't eat our meal as some of the meats where off and informed the manager we wanted her to know as to avoid people in our local community getting food poisoning. We asked for a full refund and told the manager we could bring the dishes back for her to see we hadn't ate them. The manager told us that she was not going to give us a refund. She believed that the chicken and prawns tasted off from the oil. Due to the manager refusing to refund the meal I thought it was best to write a Google review to inform members of our local community to be aware of how the business doesn't respect locals in our community and doesn't value regular customers.

I hope we don't get food...

so my honest review - food is good .. at least the things that were still edible - got a delivery - order was over $100 and we heard the driver DROP our food which in turn resulted in 3 broken containers .. 2 so bad the food was filled with broken plastic -

honey chicken tasted like someone had dropped the entire honey jar in there completely .. way too much honey - soggy chicken and some were so fatty u couldnt chew it.

phone service wasnt an option and was hung up on when i asked about delivery as were new to town, so ordered online - came within the hour but i definatly recommend another driver thats for sure - he took NO CARE at all in the way he left our food leaking out the teared bag onto my front porch ...

One of the best noodle shops I've been to and certainly the best in the area! When I was new in Warragul I was worried about finding affordable places that served great food, but then I found this place and was instantly comforted. They have great, vibrant flavours and don't hold back on the toppings & meat for their dishes. For entrees try their prawn toast, with its generous topping of prawn, and the curry puffs with their awesome flaky crusts. Their curry laksa is pretty much the cure to all ills, it is so great to have when I'm feeling under the weather. Bonus: you can customise not just spice levels but the noodles you want, for a lot of noodle dishes. Definitely my fave...
