Pizza Plus — Restaurant in Victoria

My grandchildren LOVE this restaurant. It was my twin granddaughters birthday so I decided to treat them. They enjoy the independence of choosing their own food. We need lactose free options and they will make a special no cheese pizza if you ask. I find the variety of different pizzas is lacking. My son tells me that when they have visited previously there are plenty of choices but on every occasion I have, there never is. A Capricciosa wouldn't go astray! A big positive is their efforts to minimise food waste. Otherwise the children love it, they can gorge on pizza, chips, salad and chocolate mousse and/or soft serve ice cream with jelly and chocolate brownies for dessert. I called up explaining the situation to the manager, his response was terrible, he offered a refund for her $12 fee, how about you refund the whole thing? We had a terrible experience, not only is the food below standard level, unfortunately rude staff and canned Bolognese sauce. This place also isn’t hygienic, we watch as customers/staff we’re using their hands to grab/serve food, not to mention they make you wait ages for food, it’s meant to be all you can eat not survival of the fittest when that one pizza comes out for the whole restaurant to fight over. Pizza give’s a more Pizza hut / domino’s look and taste with the base and toppings then family / Italian pizza, found it very salty, make sure you have a decent amount of water as you will need it. Would I order again – NO. Service was good, except I paid $39 for two large pizza’s and garlic bread, pick up, but the store specials board has two large pizzas, garlic bread and 1.25 coke for $38, would be great if I was told when making the order. All good, won’t be ordering again, so not fussed... Atmosphere inside...
