Q Cafe & Bar — Restaurant in Victoria

If there’s a place that truly deserves to be at the bottom of every cafe list, it’s Q Cafe. Honestly, calling it the "worst cafe in Australia" might be an understatement.

To start, my milkshake was served lukewarm—utterly unacceptable for something that's meant to be cold and refreshing. Then there were the baked eggs. I’ve had better-looking and tasting food from a hospital tray. They were cold, sloppy, and looked like something a cat might leave behind. I couldn't even bring myself to take another bite after that visual disaster.

And don’t get me started on the price tag. For what I paid, I expected at least a somewhat edible meal. Instead, I got something that could only be described as an overpriced insult.

To add insult to injury, the cafe next door was absolutely buzzing with life, making it crystal clear where I should have gone. Do yourself a favor and skip Q Cafe entirely—there are far better places in the area that actually know what...

Ok I admit it, the pics aren’t great but either was the food. Came down for Breakfast a few weeks back with my partner who is currently navigating his way through Invisalign after a horrible bike accident and we were very disappointed and for a grown man wearing Invisalign, that’s no mean feat. The pictures obviously depict the food we left but what ever you do DO NOT get the pancakes, two very plain cakes cooked in a pan and smothered in an unappetising coulis. No ice cream and just a sprinkle of frozen blueberries to top off this abomination. The big breakfast featured an undercooked tomato and an over cooked “poached” egg, the egg somehow seemed to be a combination of poached, hard boiled and fried - very strange. The waitress that was extremely welcoming of us and our dog get the 2 stars along with that...

Not the friendliest of the staff , Terrible service, the waitress was not able to explain why she can’t take our food order. She said we cannot eat inside but we can sit outside which we did . She kept saying someone will take our order. We waited for quite some time for some one to take the order and were having soft drinks which we purchased from the Q cafe itself . We had kids who were hungry and started eating their sandwiches. The waitresses came back and asked us to leave ...without explaining why she can’t take our order and serve us. Not the service and hospitality I was expecting...I will definitely not be coming to this...
