Food was good Cheeseburger served with chips and your choice of drink But , the customer service has been bad, but i kept going and getting weird unfriendly behavior from the Male who cooks. I went to order the Man stood there without saying a word ' He was not interested in saying hello or what would you like , His mind was elsewhere i asked can i order after i did i handed him cash he picked up the Tap and Go Machine, I asked him if he was ok he said Im busy 'the young lady said his fine, The 2nd time i ordered food i got the young lady who tried to charge me a surcharge for paying with CASH & insisted me paying it 'Till i asked to speak to the manger who's an older lady i have chatted with before about the New Indian Menu.. The young lady pretended to walk out the back & came back to the cash register and said sorry '' Probably my last visit to this place after facing extreme rudeness from the man The previous owners were so nice

Im beginning to think the New Owners of ROBS are starting to judge based on Looks, & Appearance

It was Tuesday night 2nd July 24 and it was getting a little late to cook and we decided to have takeaway and we went to robs takeaway and I have to say that the service was fantastic absolutely beautiful people made you feel so welcome and I ordered for my son and hubby and I absolutely love Indian food ❤️ so I decided on butter chicken and rice OMG it was bloody amazing yummy and so was the fish n chips and this is the service that you get they gave me a small amount of food to also take home to try it was potato and cauliflower with a lentils sauce again omg yummy so I will just say that myself and my family will be definitely going back I highly recommend this shop to everyone who I know and abroad please go in to support this amazing family and...

If you're expecting a fine dining experience then you've gone to the wrong place. HOWEVER if it's good, well prepared tucker of the take away variety then there's no better place to be. Friendly staff who are prepared to cook what you want in a clean and neat premises. Business seems to be mostly take away but there are table and chairs for dine in if you so desire. Don't expect any fine silverware, ; actually don't expect any cutlery at all (we brought our own) but it's the food you're there for. We had burgers with the lot and struggled to finish them but we weren't leaving any behind. Best burgers we've ever had and we couldn't manage more than a few chips.
