Subway — Restaurant in Victoria

Did an online order this morning at 11:11 am for pick up at lunchtime at 1 o’clock !! I got Leg Ham - Subway 6-Inch.. l asked for Malted Rye Bread, Natural Cheddar, Ranch Dressing, Sea Salt, Pepper, Spinach, Jalapenos, Pickles, Cucumber, Lettuce, Onions, Capsicum, Tomato, Carrots… I get down there at 1 o’clock to pick up my order. It’s not ready. The lady tells me the bread I had ordered has run out, and they don’t have any more. This is not very good at lunchtime. I said to her I think that deserves a free cookie so she gives me one I get out to my vehicle. Go to put it in the vehicle and it falls apart out of the wrapper not happy at all. I should go back, but I don’t very disappointed in subway in Benalla will not be going back. Only one star that’s for the free cookie !! And they shouldn’t even get that. Very...

Waited at least 15 minutes to be served when there were only 4 people in the store with the 4th person with me, when it finally came our turn the Indian block said “what do you want” no hello how can I help you today, he squashed the bread, after I ordered a 6 inch sub and only received a 4 inch sub, my partner didn’t get a choice in bread he got the other 3/4 off the sub I got. The subs was not well presented and tasted horrible, he wrapped the subs so tight in the paper that they looked nothing like a subs, and later found a hair in the subs. Do not recommended eating there! But the boy that has just gotten off his break was kind enough to say have a great day as we were leaving! At least where we are from the people in subway care about the presentation of the subs and are friendly when coming into the store...

Do you treat your staff well at all? Because each time I go in the are not very happy. And you also don’t give your staff enough time to clean after the shop shuts at 9. Treat your staff better and maybe the work ethic in your store would change. I was in a few weeks back and it was the lunch rush and only one member of your team was on. The poor staff member was stressed as some customers get very agitated in the line. I’m not happy with the outcome of this subway restaurant. It use to be a great place to go hang out but now something has change since mid last year or earlier. Fix it or your going to lose customers. I can...
