Getting the meal was good time wise, getting cutlery and salt-pepper seemed to be something forgotten! And when we order a meal with mash potato we like it fresh, not crusty and heated up! Really was at a loss to understand how any Hotel or Bistro could serve up dry crusty reheated mash potato being as simple as it is to make! Then there's the T bone steak, could have resoled my boots with it! Fairdinkum, it was suppose to be medium rare, well done and hard to chew was how it came! Signage said wait to be seated. They had specials on the chalkboard. Was interested in a large rump steak and prawns but didn't have the steak. I ordered the carbonara and a salad. You pay up front. Read moreThe Broadford hotel has a nice warm social atmosphere. Their meals are diverse and the selection is plentiful. The dining area is large enough to accommodate a good size group. Top quality feed. This is one place where everybody is constantly in a good mood. Especially when the local footy club has had a win.
