The Corner Shop Gelato and Espresso Bar — Restaurant in Victoria

A bit surprised to find a cafe so stylish in Corowa. On show the owners have a great collection of retro kitchen appliances and canisters. Ice cream seems to be a popular specialty. We chose to share a roasted and toasted veg sandwich. Ticked all the boxes for me. We changed our coffee order at the last minute, no trouble, not even an eyebrow raised. There are plenty of tables and chairs outside, inside is a bit more entertaining sitting at laminex tables and looking at all the different coffee makers. We plan a return trip just for gelato.

Edit - Sept 10. As promised we returned for gelato, we went for color. Just color having no expectation of flavour. Black and sky blue.

We were looking for a bite and a coffee late Sunday afternoon in Cobram. We came across a delightful corner cafe and even though they were packing up they said yes to us dining in. The toasted sandwiches were really tasty and the hummingbird muffin (which was freshly baked) and had the cream cheese icing was delicious. The coffees were excellent. The lolly bags were a cute little addition too! Thanks so much guys. We willl defintely return if we come through...

Guys here are so welcoming & friendly...and their food AMAZING! Gelato flavours are to die for...so much so my daughter & I can't help but return on a weekly basis to sample a different flavour every visit! Their delectable treats just seem to melt in your mouth!
