Traralgon Bakery — Restaurant in Victoria

I'm not one to complain but this had rattled me all day after l left this shop, went in to get a salad bowl in the afternoon received the worst customer service, the young girl was very rude and condesending, she didn't want to serve me that was quite clear as she said she was packing them up, mind you everything was still out except the chicken, she spoke in a rude voice like "well which lettuce do you want as they had 3 different sorts there, l said just normal cos please" she then stated rudely "well everyone gets all of them" which l stated l didn't want all of them, l also didn't want tomato she's like why not? Because l don't want it, l already told her what salads l wanted mind you. It felt like a hassle to make it and to serve a customer l was going to get her to finish making it and then say " you know what l don't want it now your customer service is rude, your obnoxious and it doesn't hurt to smile. Sorry it was a hassle, as it's not like l am not paying for it! I have been in this shop before and have never been treated like this, l am definitely not going back as its quite dissappointing when your wanting to support local businesses, it's a shame counter staff have to be like that and ruin it for others! Since the new owners have taken over this place has hit rock bottom. The counter staff are rude and generally uninterested. The first time I got a pie from here I had to put it in the microwave to bring it back to life. The second and last time I got a pie from here was today and I couldn't finish it because it was absolutely horrid.

Dont go here. There are many other bakeries...
