Schnitz Traralgon — Restaurant in Traralgon

For a chain, place is pretty good. However there is almost no parking, just street parking. So you ether drive around the block 16 times trying to find a car leaving from their park or you have to park on the other side of town and hope you enjoy your walk in the rain…

As the food is actually really good here, alternatively I’d love to have it delivered… however this store just does not offer delivery as an option.

So I guess they have lost a lot of business from me alone… if I can’t find a park after two laps of the block… I’m opting for a cheaper, more convenient option with a drive through….

I don’t have all day to find a place to park…. And yes the food is good…. But it’s not that good that I’m going out of my way….

Delivery would be great going forward… Otherwise I guess Schnitz Traralgon won’t get any of my money 🤷

I can understand the parking is not ideal nor necessarily Schultz’s fault, as is just the way the town is designed. My apologies, I must not have been looking during your delivery hours. may I suggest expanding your delivery times?

As a tradie, I’d love to enjoy your product for lunch however my point still stands. I don’t have time to find parking, so I would be amazing to be able to have delivered on site. That way you still get my business and I can stay on site focused on what I need to do.

I’ve always had good things to say when in store so suggested to my partner that we should go the delivery option for the first time. My partner whose never had food from this store made a delivery order through MenuLog for 2 Parma and chips meals for us and a kids teeny weeny pack for her son. The driver was polite and the chips in the meals were also nice so there was no problems anywhere there. But the burger in the kids meal seemed to be undercooked on the inside and burnt on the outside and the parmas were also slightly burnt and very small (half the size or even a third of a normal restaurant size) for the $15.50 price tag charged for just that and the chips was quite disappointing.. I will suggest if you’re keeping it that price either up the size of the Parma or add a 600ml bottle of drink like other take away restaurants so it’s actually worth calling...

My experience was beyond terrible and I will never book here again because of it, and spend my hard earned money on this company.

I booked in a table for 8pm for 5 people, I spent $50 on food and drinks while also paying 15% surcharge, to then be waiting for 30 minutes for my food while everyone else has already gotten there food! To then be accused of never placing an order & about to get no money back. Beyond a joke, when I book a table, I spend $50 on the company, and they accuse me of never purchasing!

It was embarrassing to go through this, when I can strongly say every single girl working can not look after there costumers appropriately and normal. Please don’t order here, if you want to forgotten about and then be accused of never...
