I regularly eat at Sushia in the marketplace and I can confidently say it’s one of the best sushi experiences I’ve had and their signature fiery chicken that they make will make you keep coming back for more The sushi was absolutely outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and artfully presented. Each piece seemed to melt in my mouth, especially the fiery chicken ,The chef’s special roll was a standout, balancing savory, spicy, and sweet notes perfectly. What impressed me most was the attention to detail. The rice had just the right texture, and the fish-to-rice ratio was spot on. Service was impeccable — attentive yet unobtrusive. We stopped at Sushia Wagga Market Place on our way back from an adventurous day under the sun in Marrambidya Wetland , and it turned out to be the perfect choice. Exhausted and hungry, we were greeted by a warm atmosphere and quick, friendly service.

The food was absolutely delicious – fresh, beautifully presented, and satisfying. The variety on the menu ensures there’s something for everyone. We especially enjoyed the Donburi, which were generously portioned and full of authentic flavors.

To top it off, their tenfura was a great, crisp, and exactly what we needed after a long day in the sun. It was refreshing and paired perfectly with the meal.

This place deserves all 5 stars for its incredible food, excellent service, kindly staff and inviting ambiance. Highly recommend stopping here if you’re in the area...

Food was amazing. But the young Asian guy who served us around lunchtime today was rude. He got our order wrong…. Which is no big deal. But he was still the one angry about it. His manner was sullen and unpleasant. He was slamming things around too. When it was time to pay, he just pointed to the eftpos machine and curtly said “tap!” No customer service...
