Very disappointed I purchased 2 pies on the 8/6/22 the girl was not sure what to do and asked to call back the next day and speak to Barry. I called and spoke to the manager who promised a refund then on follow up he asks for photos and evidence. I called and notified on the day and even when I spoke with Barry no mention of pictures until I question where my refund is. The pies where half filled. Manager is rude and not honest. The store is a good example of a Ferguson Plaire franchise in a rural setting.The staff make this store great. They’ve helpful and attentive to making your coffee excellent. The food is as expected. Limited offerings sometime can underwhelm if your after particular fare. However the company release new products regularly to meet demand. Keeps me and others coming back. 5 out of 5 stars...

I was waiting to be served and actually witnessed the staff member making a milkshake and after putting the ice cream into the shake used his fingers to scoop out some ice cream from the container and put straight into his mouth .
