Service was really good, seeing that the last time we were here for breakfast, the staff seemed quite rude. They mustn't have been morning people?

Any hoo, this particular time was exceptionally pleasant. Service was a delight. We were greeted with a friendly and warm welcoming attitude, showing our seats and given a moment to study the menu before ordering. The timing was good. We weren't left waiting to order, drinks came out straight away and closely followed but the entrè. Delicious, by the way.

The main course were great, good serving size and cooked to perfection. Quality ingredients and very flavoursome. Just looking at the meals made my mouth water.

Went for dinner on a Saturday night with my family. Wasn’t thrilled with the service to begin with, we were sat near the bar and were given no service while two young girls standing behind the bar openly talked badly about other coworkers. Our waitress, Shannon I think she said her name was, was a gem though. She came to our table immediately after arriving and was extremely professional and attentive. She answered all of our questions and helped us to change meals to suit our preferences and was very knowledgeable about the menu and made everything a breeze. It was some of the best service I’ve received. The food was also amazing, a slight wait but came out amazing and fresh and my sons steak was cooked...

Once we were sat down, it seemed like we were left out, we felt ignored. No service and no one paid attention to our table. The lady looks like supervisor or manager that night only served the big table next to us who were all white. She saw us raising hands a few times trying to draw her attention, she just chose to ignore and back forth to the table next to us and other duties. Even kids were not happy with this lack of service to our table, Eventually I called the boy who sat us down to take our orders. Food were great, however seems racism towards non-white customers.
