Red Rooster Warwick — Restaurant in Warwick

Went here yesterday for a super easy dinner and because there were no fish n chip shops open on a Sunday in Warwick. Ordered a pack of 3 pieces of chicken, large fries, a small potato mash, and a pineapple ring. Because there were two of us eating we got an extra pineapple ring. This was the worst takeaway I've ever had the misfortune to purchase. The three pieces of chicken consisted of two legs that were so small there was barely any meat on them at all and because they were so small they were over cooked and dry. The other piece of chicken was a wing!!!! Can you even call that a piece of chicken? It was basically un edible. The fries were cold and the box was half empty. And lastly ìf I had been blind folded and told to take a bite and identify what I was eating pineapple would not have been my guess!!!!! I will never ever ever eat from this dump again. Worst customer service experience of my life. Ordered $60 food online, didn't come. Rang store, said they never received order, and they couldn't see the payment. Offered to pay again just to get delivery as I had sick children, refused to take payment over phone or cash on delivery and insisted I drive to store. Drove to store with sick children, they refused to sell me my order as they didn't sell online packs in store, and they insisted I had to pay extra. 2 hrs, 3 phone calls, 1 drive thru and still no food. Rude unhelpful and in the end abusive staff and management. Do not waste your money or time. I never will again. Standard hot chicken fast food store. I am not happy with Red Rooster today.10/08/2022.
