Firstly, they needed more employees on site in the kitchen, I feel only two people in the kitchen were making things which made them take forever.
Second, my friend and I waited in that restaurant for over an hour until we got our meals. People that came in after a us (a lovely old couple) according to what we had overhead didn’t actually pay for an item on the meal that they wanted because the cashier did it wrong, but because they were “waiting so long” (20 minutes) they got the free meal + 2 coffee vouchers with a huge apology.
Now, when we finally got our meals (we had to ask the staff how long the wait would be, that’s when they started rushing as if they hadn’t at least started our meals by now) WE HAD NO APOLOGY, no “free coffee” vouchers, we never complained once, rather we just asked when the food would be ready as we didn’t expect to be in the restaurant for over 1.5 hours and we needed to get back to our race on time!!
Service was just all over the place, they took so long we had to put everything in to go containers, the lack of communication and realization that customer who haven’t been sitting in the restaurant for over 30 at the minimum get amazing treatment, but when me and my friend where there waiting for 1.5 hours we got not even an apology, I had to refrain myself from going ballistic and just let it happen and write my thoughts here.

Ordered food and after being seated for 1 hours went to ask where the meals were. They couldn't say how long they would be. But we decided to leave when the group of people who came in after us were served meals and we were still waiting as were the others in that quarter. Good customer service would say - let the customers know you are particularly busy today and there is a delay on the food, then people have the option to stay or go. One would assume that you would have both drinks delivered at the same time with the toast served with the drinks or close to the same time. Did not happen. Toast first, then after waiting had to ask when our coffee would be served.
