Been RSL two time for a meals they work ok nothing right home about was very shocked on the poor performance of some stuff members and their attitude the first time I went there I recognised there was a elderly couple that was struggling to walk so as he ordered his meals I decided to walk them to his table for him concerning there was only four people in the place at that time and this is an RSL club?. I thought there'd be a greater respect for the elderly patrons . The second time I came in one of the staff membersat bar in restaurant I ordered my drink I asked if she was ok she explained to me she's very tired and didn't get home until 5 o'clock in the morning she had to be at by 8.00 I have one thing to say to all the stuff if you do not like it in the industry you're working in leave be pleasant especially to your clientele give your job up and go somewhere else I'm a young man I'll tell you the elderly people deserve a certain amount of respect kind ness and not treated like Falls just as the manager On two occasions seem to be more worried about going out the back and having cigarettes. when I tried to get her name of one of the staff members that I thought was lovely and pelite I wasn't allowed to have First name I asked why we cannot give it out if had name bag on U would have had a gloweing report well when you giving feedback you would like to give feedback about the positives and negatives if you can't do that as a club you'll never succeed for a long period of time especially in our new changing markets with an ageing clientele please be smart and recognise the business you have potential business you lose and the potential business you may not have in the future due to the fact of poor attitude lack off understanding of customers and truly not being in to what you're doing an old saying if is you can't do it right don't...

Best Lamb Shank Ever and Bloody Good Parmi.

We were driving through Warwick on our way to Stanthorpe, and we stopped here for dinner. I ordered the shank and my husband the parmigiana, and we had garlic bread to start.

We used the online ordering, a little clunkybut it may just be my phone. The garlic bread came out quite quickly for what looked like a busy night, and it was very nice.

The main meals came out about 20 mins after that. The lamb shank was with mashed potatoes, mash, carrot, broccoli, and corn with gravy, and everything on that plate was cooked to perfection. I have eaten a lot of shanks in my 57 years, and this one was hands down the absolute best. The meat was melt in your mouth tender, the gravy had awesome flavour, the veges were crisp and very fresh, and the mash was well done. I would love the recipe.

The parmigiana was just as good. It was huge. My husband said the chicken was moist and tender, the breadcrumbs were crisp, the parmigiana sauce was full of flavour, and a good layer of cheese. Parmi perfection.he also chose the mushroom sauce, which was also delicious. His vegies were the same as mine, fresh and crisp.

Congratulations to this RSL for plating up meals of such quality. You are so lucky to have the chef and kitchen team to produce such high-quality meals. Price was reasonable as well, $33 for the shank and $28 for the parmi.

I wish this club was near me. I should also mention the front of house staff as well as soon as we walled into this club we were treated to a warm and friendly welcome. The lady that seated us was very pleasant and helpful, and the wait staff were doing their job by keeping the meals coming out and clearing tables when people were finished.

Would put 0 stars if I could. Arrived before 7:30 to get two meals. Politely waited for over half an hour, with the person who took our order and most definitely knew we hadn’t received our meal, walking by our table multiple times. We were sat right by the bar in plain sight. Didn’t want to be rude because they couldn’t miss us and there was a trivia function on so thought maybe they were busy. We finally say something and they tell me the kitchen staff left 22 minutes ago. Even heard them talking to the kitchen staff before they left and didn’t communicate we had a meal. Refunded our meal but not our drinks which felt very piss poor considering the ordeal and how polite we were about it. Terrible service. There is no way they didn’t know we were waiting.
