Asian Kitchen Treendale — Restaurant in Western Australia

Didn't know there is a dress code. I ordered food for dine-in, paid for it straight away and I suddenly got the table adjacent to the toilet. This was at 5PM and the place is still empty. Note that I was still on my work clothes as I just finished my shift. Then, I observed incoming customers wearing better clothes get better tables. It seems they brought with them the very Asian way of discriminating people based on the way you dress - I know this as I am Asian myself and have seen this as a common occurrence in my country and in neighbouring Asian countries.

So, I stood up, told them I'll have my dinner as takeaway and left to buy kebab. I came back after 5 minutes to pick up the food while munching on my kebab in front of them.

Too small for the amount of customers!! We dined in, was so busy I had to ask to be serviced so we could get our order done. Our bubble tea took 45mins, we saw it getting made but then it sat on the lid machine for half an hour so my the time I got it my ice had melted and it was warm, askwd for more ice and that took another 15mins!! Our food took 40mins and apart from the extremely runny green curry everything else was beautiful!!. I young man who served us was great but when we went up to pay I told him I wasn't paying for my bubble tea and they refused to accept that, I said the timing and having to send it back was appalling yet they STILL wouldn't take it off the bill despite having spent over $100, the manager was actually so...

The food is pretty much always delicious and generous at this place. The prices are a little higher than others, but the servings match.

While the salt & pepper squid had great flavour, it was faaaaar too salty to our taste.

The place was really busy on pick up, but the order was ready on time as promised. The customer service on the front desk was polished and friendly, the woman in the headscarf is doing a great job.

Suggestion - please add a Laoganma Crispy Chilli Oil to the list of available sides/condiments. It's getting a cult following in Perth....
