Best sourdough bread in Perth hands down. As someone who eats bread with literally every meal I get very bored of most bread quickly. This is not the case with B's bread, I've been eating his bread for about 2 years now and I still savour every bite like it's my first. His pastries are also top notch, I don't like custard but his Vanilla slices are absolutely phenomenal, most likely once again best Vanilla slice in Perth. I found B the Baker when I was in Osbourne park looking for a quick lunch inbetween my meetings. I was attracted to their reviews, and their products looked amazing.
