I had the pleasure of dining at Casa Nostra Caffe during my recent trip to Perth, and it was undoubtedly one of the best lunch experiences I’ve had. The moment I stepped inside, I was welcomed by the warm ambiance that immediately made me feel like I had been transported to Italy. The restaurant boasts an authentic Italian charm, and it is evident that a great deal of care goes into both the service and the quality of food.
The highlight of the visit was the incredible food, prepared to absolute perfection by their highly skilled Italian chef. Every dish we tried was a testament to the art of Italian cooking. We started with the beef carpaccio, which was incredibly tender and beautifully presented, and followed it up with a variety of seafood dishes that showcased the true essence of Mediterranean cuisine. The freshness of the ingredients was immediately apparent, and every bite was bursting with rich, vibrant flavors.
The grilled beef, in particular, stood out as an exceptional dish. It was perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. The selection of meat was outstanding, reflecting a commitment to using only the finest ingredients. The pizzas, however, were on a completely different level—easily some of the best I have ever had. With a thin, crispy crust and a deliciously rich tomato base, each slice transported us back to the heart of Italy.
Not only was the food superb, but the service was also impeccable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about every dish on the menu, making recommendations that truly elevated our dining experience. Casa Nostra Caffe is a gem in Perth and a must-visit for anyone who loves authentic Italian cuisine. Highly recommended for its excellent food, outstanding service, and genuine...
Read moreA friend whose taste buds I trust recommended this place praising both the food and decor. He was right on both counts. Set in the middle of street dominated by tile shops it is an attractive venue. While the menu is small, it does offer a good range of pizzas, and a reasonable selection of sandwiches and other food in a showcase. And I thought the wine list interesting and worth exploring. We had the tuna patty with a side salad, an aglio olio pasta, with a very refreshing Italian pilsner, a Minabrea Arte in Latina. We were offered a wonderful chilli jam with the patty and I was offered bread to soak up the delicious olive oil and butter sauce left over from my pasta dish. The pasta here is made on site and a chef's deft hand was evident in my dish. Parking is a bit limited but access should be no problem for the disabled. Service is very good and credit cards...
Read moreThe ambience is really nice and stylish. And I wanted to publish this place on my blog of coffeeshops in Perth. So I went to evaluate and unfortunately got pretty disappointed. The service is so sad. I don’t need much, I just need normally friendly attitude. One of the ladies who work there just approached our table and threw (literally threw) on our table a metal card with “reserved at 12:45” - and just left. I mean, we were in the middle of conversation having breakfast and coffees, and she decided to give us a sign that we need to leave soon but in quite a rude way. I was like, wow, never seen this in my life.
There rest is okay, but they seem always busy, and can’t explain you well the ingredients that go into the sandwiches. And I couldn’t find the right fit for my lactose-free diet at...
