Much improvement from the previous management. The staff are much kinder, more professional even on the phone and the store is much cleaner and more organised. The only thing though is the expired foods. I don't get why they still put these on the shelves. The excuse about shipment taking 3 months to arrive is weak because some of the food items take +12 months to expire and yet you sell them to the customer post the expiry date. I never bought expired food even once in SA and it's amazing that I have to come across it here. I wonder if this is in line with the Australian Food Safety Standards..
