Coffee & Flour Cafe — Restaurant in Western Australia

Just had my last coffee at this place. I have been getting coffee from here for a very long time. The coffee has generally been quite good and the service. Normally quite good today not so much. It was quite busy and I ordered a coffee to go as I usually do. I waited and waited for about 15 minutes until I finally decided to go up to the counter to see what was going on to which they girl said. Oh, there’s your coffee up there, which pointing to a nail called coffee sitting on the counter. apparently they had called my name, which of course I never heard or else I would’ve had to coffee in my hand and been on the road. So when I said oh, I didn’t hear it, she kind of gave me a snide remark as well. I called you. So I grabbed my now cold coffee and walked off , I’m going to have to tip this coffee out because it’s stone cold at no point did she apologise or offer to make me a fresh one but I just have to live with the fact that my coffee is cold because she had called my name that’s my problem. Would commonsense not prevail? If you had a coffee sitting on the counter for a fair while, would you not realise that the person obviously didn’t hear you call their name and perhaps called it again ? Anyhow, I thought the service was rude and now I’m stuck with a cold coffee and bad attitude,...

Wow - what an amazing team and business. My best friend requested an intimate bridal shower that still felt special but was low key and Coffee and Flour’s High Tea nailed the brief! Shaunte was so efficient to deal with… I was able to organise the whole event (book, info, payment) via email which was so great as I live three hours away. I had no idea what to expect but still my expectations were exceeded on the set up, food and service. We were able to play our games, every bite was delicious and the coffee was so nice! Wednesday, 7/3 March This afternoon went in to buy a sandwich, and coffee asked for a plate refused by young women abrutely told me they were closing in 15mins, said I won't be long just don't want to eat of the table grabbed my self a saucer, surely it wouldn't take long to wash one plate after closing, when I left there were people sitting outside one lady complained about the service too and over charged for Apple turnover.
