Oh sure, you use those pieces of paper to pretend to touch the bread with those, but you really think those papers do anything? How many times a day you touch same papers both sides. Also many times when you don't serve the customer I see you touching the bread with your hands, should I assume that you have washed them? What about use the gloves like subway ? On two separate occasions I went there to get the Low FODMAP bread, and on both occasions was almost given the wrong bread. My mum also went to buy one and they gave her a fruit loaf instead of the Low FODMAP one. They should be more attentive to the bread they sell and what the customer needs as some people have strict dietary requirements.
