Had a plain sponge made for a 70th birthday that I was going to ice myself. I ask the girl in the shop how high it would be as I wanted to put timtams around the sides of it. She said “oh yeah that will be fine it will be that high it will be fine.” Well it wasn’t ! Very disappointed in the cake. It was about 2cm high on one end and 4 on the other. The person who makes the pie meats needs to go back to Tafe and learn again as was the worst ever pies we ever had.
