Big T's Italian — Restaurant in Western Australia

Got to say after reading various negative comments posted I decided to give it a go. I guess the location is what surprises most people but inside is clean and comfortable with a very relaxed atmosphere, Our table was the first inside the door and it did feel that the amount of take away customers and food delivery drivers was a nuisance as the door was opened a lot and on the night I was there it was fairly cool outside, that said it was great to see a local small business doing so well. The staff we dealt with were really friendly , attentive and helpful, There is a limited menu but everything I saw come out of the kitchen was fantastic. We had bruschetta which was loaded with fresh tomato, for me it missed either a bit of parmesan or maybe feta but thats a personal choice, that said it had a great balance of olive oil and balsamic. Fo mains I had the chicken parmy and oh my goodness what a portion, cooked perfectly it really has to be one of the best I've ever had, be ready to loosen your belt or ask for a take away box. We also had a lasagna which came with a side salad, now I'm pretty sure it was baked to order and again it was a great portion, take home box number 2. I would say give it a go either for take away or sit in. Worse customer service ever 30 minus late from phone order then when something gets said have stuff attack u verbally worse place ever then get customer to join in and threaten me all while my 6 year old sweet daughter next to me no compassion no apology hope the business goes under people and children deserve better obviously gets friends and family to review for them as doubt they are true after the service and disrespect I got and owner is extremely rude (lady)and I will be ringing the right people and taking this further so in future people Dnt get treated like me and my daughter hope the worse for this business and their extremely rude staff also after reading reviews their are a lot about rude staff and every reply is our staff ain’t rude I agree with all bad reviews rude staff and manager and owner are delusional and should realise who their lying to won’t be long till u see health department so much sure...

We booked a table for 4.30pm to say goodbye to our family before they flew back to Scotland. We had three kids 3 and under with us and 4 adults. We ordered at 4.40pm and asked if kids food could be priority which did come out within 15 minutes. However kids were finished their dinner and after 45 minutes they were very bored and agitated and not one adult had their main. We had been there an hour and gave up and asked for the food to be bagged so we can take it home. It was a very disappointing experience for us all. The food was great and we enjoyed it but unfortunately we can't justify returning with kids again. We were the only table there, the other table seemed to be family of the restaurant. I understand ubereats seems to be quite popular but if in house customers are sitting there for over 45mins waiting for pasta I don't think many would want to every...
