Bucking Bull Mandurah — Restaurant in Western Australia

This is what happened on the 7/12/2024: "hello I'd like a brisket burger please in a men... the person at the counter interrupts and asks: -what sauce in the burger? -amm... Can I have two?" -yes -OK then I'll have garlic and gravy... This is a large... She interrupts again -Is that all? -No... My partner orders and she interrupts again... -Is that all? No... For drinks we'll have 2 solos... -OK 46 dollars when you 're ready (or something like that)

Now...... Please explain why when they called us for pick up I ended up with two brisket burgers, one with garlic, one with gravy, instead of one burger with the two sauces in only ONE burger and no chips. Plus, when we notified the Nobel Prize behind the counter that we wanted 2 menus so it had to come with chips they made us pay an extra 12 bucks to have them and didn't want to admit that she might have made a mistake or that there was a misunderstanding... 58 dollars in total because Einstein couldn't take an order properly without interrupting... First and last time there....

PS: maybe if your staff was more focused on their job instead of criticising single mothers with crying babies this wouldn't happen...

PLEASE BE AWARE BEFORE EATING HERE!! I was working here not to long ago and I left because of how unhygienic and dangerous this environment is! There was more than a few fly’s that would constantly be landing on food items which for all we know could be laying maggot’s ( fly baby’s ) into the food that we are eating! Gloves were not worn and again for all we know hands may not have been washed before or during shifts!! The floors were dirty and never swept properly and poorly mopped which caused food to be pushed under surfaces left there to rot! Working in hospitality for over 5 years and BUCKING BULL is by far the worst place I’ve ever come across. Not to mention the boss who is very unfair and cruel towards us younger ones… lid’s are left off of bread roll tub’s over night causing bread to go stale, and much more. Again the floors - oily, dirty and extremely slippery which is very unsafe to be walked on and can lead to a very dangerous accident, something NEEDS to be done about it! I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. This business needs to be shut down immediately! So much for food health and safety!...

Very disappointed experience, purchase small Roast Lamb and vegies , $14.50. Everything on the plate was cold (couldn't even say luke warm), took it back and asked for it to heated in microwave which assistant did twice 40 seconds in total. Started eating again still cold (so as not to completely waste my money) I ate the small piece of lamb which was cooked beautifully so tender but not enjoyed as cold. Vegetables were cooked but sadly 😥 also cold. Refund would've been the go but will not return. 2 staff members apologised (I said not having a go at you you only work there and follow instructions). They did take to obviously there manager for day but she did nothing. Glass at counter where food was was warm only, but not warm enough under dishes to keep heated . Having worked in a kitchen and know importance of temperatures not a good result. (Open to food poisoning) Will not...
