In the age old battle of Chinese combination plate restaurant vs economising consumer, there are some universal rules. 1. Get as much food as you can on the plate. 2. No using your hands to keep anything on there. 3. Treat each other (restaurant and customer) with respect. Three Grains are masters - of good combination plate fare, of reasonable pricing, of respect where respect is due. We loved the food, we loved the service, we loved the slight nod we received at the counter when they saw our plate. Will definitely come back...

Cockroaches! Rude Staff! We sat inside on their tables and chairs. My daughter noticed a cockroach, I told the manager immediately. Her response was "it's because the shop next door is vacant" "it's not our cockroach" Absolutely disgusting! The shop next to them is empty but clean. Everything about Three Grains is dirty, smelly and not clean. The staff are rude. Will never eat from there again! Food was disgusting and cold but more disgusting was the roaches and customer services. You have an infestation!

Beef Basil with Rice & Lemonade to wash it down, $14.50. The staff have the food set-up where you, choose what you like (self-serve) & then pay for what you have plated, plus it commonly serves one of my favorite Asian (Chinese/Thai/Japanese/Korean) Meals as Hans Cafe (pictured on an Oval Plate with a Rice Mound). If you're not sure what to try as your first introduction to Asian food, "Beef Basil" is a safe bet.

Three Grains is hands down the absolute BEST Chinese I’ve ever had from a shopping mall!! Omg everything was so incredibly fresh, vibrant and smelling amazing as ever :D The prices are extremely reasonable for the portions and quality of food and service. The lady who served me was so sweet and polite ^-^ It’s not often a meal can make my mediocre day a million times better but this delicious take away did just that. I know it sounds like I’m over exaggerating but I really can’t express enough, this place is totally amazing and I’m so excited to return, in fact I’d happily return to this shopping centre just for this...

I had nearly been eaten up just because of I went to buy a curry puff from the bakery and came back late. She was complaining that they rang the buzzer twice and they had to replace the soup I have ordered. I didn’t know the buzzer was out of working zone I kept apologise but I still got shot by her machine gun… Anyway, I was feeling very uncomfortable while having the soup. I should’ve pay the bowl they claimed replaced to shut her mouth. Food court has faster pace than other restaurants I understand and I don’t expect customer service at all, but I don’t deserve to be shot by a machine gun. You lost...

I have been ordering mgoreng for many years and can remember when we paid $14 for the beef, chicken and seafood mix. Usually we order for 3 to 4 people at $22.00 each. I must say the mgoreng is full of flavour, portion is more than I could ever finish but if U ask for a takeaway and get charged for that on-top of spending $88.00 that to me is just greed. Next, they will charge us for a servete, knife and Spork and straw. The takeaway was so small I could not fit my left overs in the one provided. Was not prepared to buy another one. Friendly, no. Meal excellent, best...
