My experience at this place was very ugly!
Food was really salty especially the chips and ham & cheese toastie. Food was a bit yum but service was disappointing.
The service was not pleasant at all. There was a blonde old lady with a bun. She was rude. When my friends and I ordered, the staff asked for our names. We assumed that the staff would call out our names when the food was ready for pick up. They were calling out names of customers before us. When we saw that there was food on the take-away counter, they weren't calling out our names so we assumed it was not ours. When we approached the staff, we asked if that was our order and the staff looked confused. Staff needs to at least familiarise themselves with customers' faces. The blonde old lady said, "She already called you. Sorry mate." The staff did not call out our names. If they called out the food order, they should have not asked our names when we were ordering in the first place.
