San Churro Eaton Fair — Restaurant in Western Australia

Horrible costumer service from one particular girl! Drove an hour and a half for nothing. We got to the store and was told that there was a half an hour wait and 15 minutes till they close but It was only 8:30 pm. I said no worries and waited at the counter all the staff kept walking past and not acknowledging that I was waiting to order so I left for five minutes had a think and came back. My partner asked if we could just get take away and the same girl that told us it would be a bit of a wait rudely and aggressively said to us that she was half an hour behind and that she has all these online orders and other people in the shop waiting and told us that we could wait 10-15 minutes and then she said that we could maybe order after that 10-15 minutes. She spoke to us like we were idiots and waved her hands around as she spoke so we just left. I understand that she might have been under stress but she still can’t talk to us and treat us like we are nothing. If the store hasn’t closed and the kitchen is still open then we should have the right to order our food then and there even if there is a wait. I have been to the eaton San churros many times and have always had a good experience...

Went there Saturday afternoon .. ordered the box of churros that come with bananas & strawberries, an ice cream in a cone & a macaroon. Sit at our table. The churros arrived in reasonable time then it was the lengthy wait for the ice cream & macaroon. So we sit, wait & watch the staff behind the counter while one young lady quickly takes food to the tables..I think she realises people have waited & waited for their orders. Twice I attempted to approach the staff about my icecream & macaroon but it happened to be when a staff member was doing an ice cream so I think "finally" only to watch it go to another table. The churro box is all but eaten when finally the ice cream arrives ... so I say "I ordered a macaroon as well" something clearly is not right with how the order is completed when the two things which take no time at all came so late. Maybe individual orders should be completed before moving on to the next order...I'm not sure but whatever system they were using was a shambles. Lastly we did get an apology for having to wait so long. My low rating is because of the lack of organisation...

I have adored San Churros since my first ever visit when I was living at college, but today I had the most wonderful customer service from the Eaton Fair San Churros. It was the best customer service I have ever had in Bunbury and the best service I have had in a very long time. I unfortunately didn’t get the girls name, but it was 26/04/2020 at 11.15am. I was in Kmart shopping when my mum called me and said she was getting a coffee from San Churros and she asked if I wanted anything. I obviously didn’t have a menu, so I tried to remember the name of a hot chocolate I really liked and wanted. I didn’t get the name right, and my mum had no idea what I was talking about but told the girl what I had said anyway. The girl new exactly the kind of thing I wanted, and even though it is no longer on the menu, she made it for me!!! And it was delicious and she made it absolutely perfect!!! This is exactly what customer service should be!!! I really want to thank this girl and say what amazing job she is doing. She really made my day and made...
