My girlfriend and I went there for dinner and when the waitress took our order I ordered a beer with my meal, she then asked my girlfriend for ID, we are both in our mid 30s and my girlfriend didn't even order a drink. I explained the beer is for me not my girlfriend who doesn't drink alcohol, but she insisted on her ID, which she didn't have with her as she was in holiday from overseas and doesn't want to walk everywhere with her passport. I explained again the beer was for me and again the waitress wanted her ID. I thought it may of been a misunderstanding as English appeared to be the waitresses second language. I explained to the manager the situation and he yelled rudely must have ID even though she not drink. We left without ordering after he started yelling and carrying on like a pork chop. The staff seem to have no idea and no manners, I wonder do they ask people's 10 year old kids for ID when they're parents order a wine with dinner. It was a really bizarre experience, but the rudeness made it...
Read moreThe kitchen totally forgot to cook one of our meals. My partners food came out and we sat there for about two or three minutes waiting for mine to come out and I said you may as well start mine shouldn't be too far away now. I sat there while my partner had eaten about of her meal wondering where my food was. I saw what I thought was my meal go past our table and be dropped off at another table for people who only just walked in five minutes earlier. When I asked the waiter where my food was, he said sorry we make a mistake and went off to start cooking it again. I told him don't bother cooking my meal, as I do not want it now that my partner has almost finished eating. You go out for a nice lunch and walk out without eating. I used to work in an extremely busy restaurant, and if we made that sort of mistake we would give the people their meal complimentary so they would walk away happy and hopefully come back...

The main taste on my mouth was the oil. Just to clarify, before ordering I asked how many pieces were in that price, and I was told: 6. When I got my order there were 5 pieces. And when I complained they told me there are 5 but since I was told differently they would put an extra piece. I didn't get any apologies, probably they were thinking I owed them a "thank you" for the extra piece. I'm never...
