Really pleasant and casual vibe to this venue facing the beach. Lots of natural sunlight and cool ocean breeze is great! Average selection of beers on tap, but great cocktails. Dishes value for money and portion sizes great for sharing. Venue has long tables and dedicated function areas... perfect for larger groups and parties. Typical bar menu, with some nice sharing dishes. Ceviche portion was great value for money. Tasty dish, however felt the dressing was a little too zesty. Fish and chips, tacos and sides were all good as well. Food and drink service was fairly quick. Order at the bar or at the table with QR code ordering. Arrived at opening (1130), but we were only allowed to place food orders at 1200. For how close the opening time is to the lunch crowd to arrive, I feel food orders should be able to be sent in straight away. The bar was open and ready for drink orders though. Parking is easy and in close proximity, however shares the space with the public beach, so can get fairly crowded in peak times. Will drop in again if in the area.

Really beautiful location and the building makes the most of the location with large windows all the way along the beach side. It has a nice relaxed beachy vibe with eclectic decor like artistically hung fishing nets and bouys. There's an outdoor seating area too, with high table and barstools. I arrived at around 2.30, so unfortunately was not able to order from the normal menu (full kitchen closed at 2), I could only get chips or pizza, and drinks. The chips were good, steak house cut and well fried. The service was friendly and efficient. At that time we pretty much had the whole place to ourselves. There's a big parking lot with easy access to the building and also the beach in front of the building. The beach is lovely and flat with a good expanse of very fine sand. At the moment there's some really festive streamers hanging outside in an arch that's really pretty

We had lunch here last week. We where confused at how the ordering our meal and then continued to to baffled on where to sit. We wanted to sit and order our meal at the table! But we where redirected to order at the bar. We chose our seat and waited for our orders we waited 1 hour for our meal to arrive , we had fish and chips with salad. The fish was so over cooked that the batter was dry and shattered off the fish. The chip where dry and uneatable. We returned the meal and waited for a fresh meal. We where disappointed when the second meal arrived! Another over cooked meal. We did our best to scrap off the batter and eT the salad as the chip where cremated again. We where asked to move to accommodate other people while we waited for our meal. I don't know why this place is so popular? We did not enjoy our meal or the experience of this restaurant. We will not eat there again. Our fish and chip where more like pieces of rock.

From the moment we walked in to Coast, we knew this was the place we were going to get married. The Boathouse is stunning, required minimal additional styling and the views of Port Beach were insanely beautiful at sunset. Dealing with Emma was so easy and she was so helpful. She talked us through all the ins and outs of planning a reception and we wouldn't have been able to pull off the day without her expertise. The package was affordable, especially as we had a Tuesday wedding, and 100% value for money. Everyone RAVED about the food. I am still getting messages today, almost a week on, telling us its the best food the guest have had at a wedding. Emma and the team were so helpful and the service was amazing on the night. I couldn't recommend Coast any more highly. Thank you guys for a perfect day x

The location is great, beach front with beautiful views over the ocean. A great place to meet up with friends and have some food, some space for kids to play and run about, and a nice beach vibe. The food was ok, the share platter nice, fish tacos ok. Service a little let down, felt staff weren't that interested or friendly. Overall would I go back, yes for the location and setting. Would I be loomi g forward to the food or sri ks there probably mehhh... Staff/service, well let's say we drew lots to see who had to go up to deal with the staff. The decor - plants were nice but felt overall hodgepodge of dwcoragion/clutter could be improved and tidied up. Had great potential and there was a slight frustration they weren't maximising their obvious potential.

Coast Port Beach is the perfect beach wedding venue! Staff was super friendly and the food was amazing! We chose the beach ceremony and cocktail package which included canapes, food bowls, extra pizzas, a dessert graving table and wine, beers on tap! Really great value for money as you don’t pay for the venue just minimum spend. The boat house was stunning with rustic Hampton style décor, open air and beach front views! The prosecco wall is a nice touch. Note: They will set up the arbour and 20 seats for you, bring your own flowers for the arbour and seats I only realised that a couple of weeks before haha. The beach is public so there will be people around, the positive is random strangers will wish you luck which was so sweet!
