I am genuinely surprised to see only a 3.9 rating on the review section of Copper Bean, as I have had the delight of consistent and wonderful service by the staff and quality of coffee and delicious menu items I have tried!
I have made Copper Bean my go to stop for my caffeine fix in the forum; partially due to the wonderful real chocolate that caught my eye but also because their coffee is superb!! Whenever I go I am delighted to see Jack and Tash who just get how coffee should be. They are both extremely talented baristas who know how to put joy and love in a cup, for that feel good coffee that hits your soul.
Whether you are grabbing a take away brew to explore the centre or dining in to enjoy the atmosphere, Copper Bean will not leave you disappointed but rather planning your next visit. No matter your drink preference or your taste pallet there is absolutely something for everyone to enjoy. If you are wondering what I have stumbled across to give such high praise, their white chocolate mocha and raspberry white chocolate muffins are just scrumptious!! The muffin is well balanced, perfect consistency and when dining in comes with a side of cream…yum! Their coffee on it’s own is fantastic but adding that naughty drop of real white chocolate just feels like drinking a cloud. Seriously though, I cannot praise Copper Bean enough. Thank you to the staff for always providing welcoming...
Read moreI’m not sure sure if they are short staffed or didn’t put staff on due to public holiday but I sat waiting for my food in a near empty cafe for 40 minutes surrounded by tables with previous customers left over food and plates, cups etc . I watched as potential customers thought about coming in and turned around after seeing the state of the place. A few customers came in and moved plates to different tables so they could sit but this bypassed any opportunity to have the table “Covid cleaned” and had to go and get napkins etc and clean themselves.
When my food came the waitress attempted to put it down and walk away without taking away the previous customers mess before I had to prompt her to remove it.
The food it self: Big breakfast: not crispy but burnt bacon, soggy hash brown, plain cooked mushrooms( no butter or garlic?) and Unbuttered toast with no butter packets received.
Ham and cheese croissant: burnt.. my son would not eat it.
I’m not sure how long this company has been on premise since previous franchise but if this continues I don’t suspect it will be much longer.
Staff: I wouldn’t say unfriendly as such but certainly no attempt to serve with a smile...
Read moreWhat a disappointment. So sick of these chains ripping us off. Value for money DOESN'T EXIST here or Coffee Club for that matter. The staff are friendly but as reviewers said below, START PAYING ATTENTION !!! Missed ingredients in orders. I expect to get what I pay for at the very least. Ordered Chicken and avo roll they forgot the lettuce or spinach within it, the menu stated leafy mix.. My friends Club sandwich was constructed like those in Miss Maudes, by placing all ingredients at the cut of the bread, so it looks full but it was mostly bread which he didn't eat.... all the NASTY tricks in the book are used to make the food servings look larger than they are to cut costs but look closer. Another example is $6 for a bowl of chips but the chip bowl is wide at the top shrinks to a steep taper at the bottom so you're lucky to get a handful. 2 crap meals, 2 regularly coffees and a tiny chips $59, ripped off much? Check the pictures attached. I was offered a free coffee voucher regarding the missed ingredients in the roll but I gave it to someone else because I'm not going back, unless they taje a serious look at themselves otherwise BYE BYE from...
