CRU Health + Juice Bar — Restaurant in Western Australia

I have never used this health bar before, I thought I was too far away for uber to deliver. But I looked into it and it was only 20 minutes away. That may sound like a long time but it was worth the wait.

I ordered through uber and got the açai bowl and the avocado toast topper. Unfortunately they were out of avocados and they promptly rang me so that I was informed. The manner in which the employer called me was exceptional she was friendly, happy, apologetic and said I could pick anything on the menu and they will replace it. I was grateful that they called and gave me that option. Some other uber eats food establishments I have used have simply not added the item, tried to substitute another similar item or choose something at random which has left me to contact uber eats, and we all know the rest of that story when trying to rectify an order on uber eats so I was eternally grateful. I chose the chia pudding to put away for lunch and they were happy to substitutes some items and also gave me some alternatives that I could have instead. There was a price difference and I offered to pay but you know you are dealing with a wonderful business that wants to keep the customer happy and promptly declined the offer.

To the good part, the açai bowl was one of the best I have ever had. It looked spectacular and it made you eggar to get started. The balance of the ingredients was perfect, the granola was yummy, crunchy and had lots of nuts and seeds. I don’t know if they make their own granola in store but if they don’t I would love to know where they purchase it. It was fantastic. To amplify their wonderful cafe they honoured my request to substitute an item at no extra cost.

when it arrived the açai was at a perfect texture and consistency. I have tried many different types, even ordered from other places using uber eats and when the açai bowls arrive they always end up arriving runny or still have the frozen texture to it.

To replace the toast I got a chia pudding. I am saving it for lunch. It looks delicious. Once again they were happy to substitute an item and made absolutely no attempt to charge me the difference in cost.

All in all I have had a wonderful experience with them and I will become a repeat customer. The only problem I encountered was they do not have a phone contact number. I searched the web for hours and non could be found. It would have been nice to call them, thank them and inform the manager about there wonderful customer service and the quality of there food

I went there recently for an açai bowl and asked if they had any without nuts as I have a nut allergy. They told me there were a few options without nuts and I ordered one. When it came out it looked like it had nuts and I asked again to which the owner replied no very rudely and blunt. When I took one bite it was instantly clear that it contained nuts as my throat swelled up. After vomiting and feeling sick the rest of the day I went and asked for a refund. To which the owner said I had never asked if it had nuts and showed absolute contempt and disgusting behaviour towards me, taking no responsibility or apologising for their mistake. He said I am stealing his money and banned me from the shop. This is the 5th time I have been there and they have been rude to me almost every time. Customer service is terrible and they do not care about their customers or people with dietary requirements. I would absolutely not recommend this...

A friend and I went in on Monday at around 1pm to get a coffee. We walked in to two staff members cleaning and packing everything away. We were the only people in there and weren't acknowledged at all until my friend asked if they were still serving coffee. The staff behind the counter said yes but then turned her back to us almost as if to continue ignoring us. I know we were in with an hour until closing but the unfriendly atmosphere isn't really what you want for a local cafe. Because of that we just left. This is the second time I've tried to give Cru a go. The first I was given a completely burnt sausage roll and average coffee.

Definitely won't be back, Grind Reaper or even Caffissimo are probably...
