Crust Pizza Como — Restaurant in Western Australia

If you dont want to do delivery, turn down your uber, door dash or menu-log! Every single time i arrive then start to make the order. Driver time is time too, and we don’t get paid for waiting in store. The more terrible things is that, i saw your staff making pizza with earphone on (on phone with friends) and slowly make the pizza while there is no other order. It takes 15 min to make it. Also i can see the that the hygiene is a major problem with talking and make pizza at the same time. As a franchise like this! You guys should do better on giving hygiene training to your staff.

Reply: Thanks for replying on this. First i must say happy to see you guys are aware of this situation. 100% uber fault on sending people early. However the main part that makes me angry is not the wait. Wait is just normal to us, however seeing the cook on phone and make the food slowly is what make us angry. We are in rush but understand it can get busy. However, the attitude of the staff showing to us that they don’t card you are waiting and on phone talking with friends especially when no one in store is just ridiculous. This used to be an absolutely brilliant place to get pizzas. We recommended it to everyone we knew! The Como franchise was excellent. We always praised them when we went to pick up our pizzas as they used to be so delicious. But, heck, for about 18 months now, the standards have dropped and we are not enjoying their pizzas anymore. What has happened??! New owners maybe? Cutting corners? I always had the classic margarita with extra cheese ( and I add pineapple ) There is hardly any cheese now and the pineapple is plonked on top at the end as an afterthought - not sprinkled amongst the cheese. Very dry. It used to ooze cheese, and the pineapple was nestled into it. It’s just not good at all now. A lot of tomato paste and non existent cheese underneath. Terrible. Daren, used to get Vietnamese chicken and he hardly gets any chicken on his pizza now. He says the fresh ingredients that used to be on his pizza have been cut. We won’t be going back again. Absolutely appalling service. I waited for 1x CHILDS PIZZA & 2x garlic breads for over 1 hour and 10 minutes. I rang when I had been waiting 1 hour the lady said the delivery driver would be about 5-10 minutes (mind you this is the excuse I have heard every single time I’ve ordered from this place not once have I had a delivery on time). Pizza gets here and everything is cold and I’ve received the type of drink as well. I rang and got told I’d be refunded for the kids pizza. I have not EVER had a good experience from this store. Every other crust I’ve ever been to have been 1000 times more efficient. The manager I spoke to tonight was ok but regardless, it’s just not enough considering I continue to give the store the benefit of the doubt by thinking maybe they would be able to provide a better service. Unfortunately they are unable to!
