Took my car for servicing in Como today. Was looking for the nearest cafe. Went to another cafe very close to the car servicing place, and wasn't happy at all there. I then went for a very long walk, and found that little "diamond". This cafe, is truly like a little heaven on earth. It's so clean, tidy, fresh, so inviting, colourful and vibrant and the food...oh my goodness, you have to go there! Honestly. I ordered a Pulled BBQ steak turkish hoagie today...and Oh My....super delicious/delightful. You must try! The steak was perfectly cooked, excellent présentation, fresh, colourful, the portion are just perfect. It felt great to not have the common industrial chips, but to have the delicious house made potato chips from tjere. Everything was perfect! I also had a lemongrass and ginger tea (I had 2!)....the atmosphere is so cozy, I felt totally at home, but in a better way! The music is very pleasant. Everything was just perfect. Been in Perth 10 years, and to me, this cafe is the best ever! You have to go there to understand and see for yourself. Nick (chef+owner) is so polite, professional, so humble and positive, I really admired his interactions with his staff today, 2 lovely girls who also served me, "Zoe and Taylor". Lovely and excellent service, they genuinely want to serve you, and it just feels great. Thank you so much to the 3 of you today, it was so good to feel like being at home in sincerity, and thank you for the delicious food. I could definitely feel the love in this dish today. Thank you for this perfect moment spent in your adorable café today. This was just perfection. I will definitely come back, that's for sure! Be blessed...

We would like to provide the following feedback to Bread Espresso Bar as we recently had a 50th birthday party at home and came to Nick and his team at Bread Espresso Bar to provide the catering.

All we can say is WOW!!

From our initial meeting with Nick to the final collection of the beautiful food, it was seamless, professional, positive and everything we could have wanted.

With discussion, Nick was also flexible enough to make any changes we wanted and talked us through the whole process, solving any queries we had along the way.

The food was in quantities that we chose and had a mixture of vegetarian and meat dishes. Everything was hand made and it showed in the exceptional taste and quality.

The quality and price of the food was second to none and our guests were very, very impressed. So impressed that we were left with almost no leftovers for the next day – unfortunately for us!!

Nick set everything up so that we weren't in the kitchen the whole night preparing and heating up food which was awesome. We were relaxed and able to enjoy our night with our well fed, happy guests.

We would recommend Nick and his amazing team at Bread Espresso Bar to anyone requiring catering. They are professional, cost effective, flexible and very friendly. Thanks so much...

We went here for breakfast before a large computer gaming event so needed good food and lots of caffeine to keep us going for the day.

I ordered my usual staple of Eggs Benedict with Smoked Salmon (although I was very tempted by the pork benny!).

I was impressed by the presentation, there was a very interesting little line of relish or jam around the edge of the plate and everything was setup on the plate quite nicely.

The Salmon was great, had a wonderful flavour and the hollandaise was beautiful with a great consistency and a very mild flavour. Unfortunately one of my eggs was a little overcooked. Also I would have liked a little more bread as it was quite a pile of food for so little bread.

The coffee is good if a little on the mild side for my somewhat robust tastes. Although I did end up having two considering the low cost and decent flavour.

I also tried some of my partners French waffles with bacon. The bacon was quite good, but unfortunately I have to say the waffles were incredibly dry and unsatisfying.

Service was great, prompt, fast and courteous and the atmosphere is very nice.

Overall we're definitely going to come here again, it may be a little while before we do as it's a little out of our way, but definitely...

After reading the good reviews on Google about this little cafe, we decided to head there on a rainy Sunday. I got Bread Breakfast (big breakfast), my wife had the smoked salmon Benedict and two of my little ones shared a bread made beef lasagna. The staff were very friendly and the lattes were reasonable. However, we were a bit disappointed with our food. Most of the bacon on my plate was overcooked and shivered to more of like pieces of dessicated crackers. But my 4 years old seemed to think they were crunchy and yummy. The worse was my poached eggs which resembled more of hard boiled eggs. Same thing happened to the poached eggs on my wife's dish and her smoked salmon appeared partially cooked on the bread too. I am not sure what happened on that day but the dishes definitely were not quite up to what we expected from a 4+ stars cafe.

This cafe is like a coffee exhibition. All staff can make a great coffee and you can taste the difference between each staff’s flavour if you became a regular to come here. The owner is really efficient and professional to keep his cafe to high standard from open at 6.30am to close 5pm 7 days with his team members. Anyone who lives nearby loves this little spot and even dogs can enjoy aroma of the coffee and their free “doggicino” (I mean just a water in a doggy bowl) in the alfresco area next to free street parking areas. And they serve very fresh French style pastries and nice brekkie wrap. Also I have to add they think about the earth’s future. My Google map’s 5 stars for this cafe means a place worth to move nearby to visit here everyday as like Michelin map’s 3 stars for a place worth to travel to visit :-)

Nice decor, unwelcoming staff. No kitchen food, and no explanation as to why, or when it is available. Specifically came for the breakfast, which looks great in previous reviews, instead ended up with a toasted foccacia which was decent enough, and my coffee. Parking is a pain, 2 roadside spots and a few over in this awkward corner parking lot. If you are in the area, worth a look. I wouldn't make a longer trip to specifically come here.
