I attend Banksia Grove every morning for the last 2 months. I attend between 630 and 7am every morning for 2 x takeaway coffees. Sometimes I'm the only customer other times there are a few in front of me waiting. On 80% of my attendances. A tall gentleman with a child attends the Cafe i believe to be the partner of the manager with long dark curly hair. During this time 1 of these 2 things usually happen. 1. All coffees that are currently being made (either mine or the customers before me waiting) get stopped completely. And the tall gentleman's coffee is made. OR he walks behind the counter pushes his way to the coffee machine so all coffees being made have to stop in order for him to make his coffee. On one recent occasion he attended he had his child with him who he allowed to stand with no shoes on silver counter where the coffees are placed to be taken to customers seated or takeaway coffees collected. Im sure I speak for many people that have had to experience this. I only have a certain of period time allotted in the morning to be able to get a coffee on the way to work. To then most days having to wait another 5 or 10 mins I think is very unreasonable and honestly poor customer service. So please have a work with these people and the fact that he needs to wait like every other PAYING...
Read moreSo we came to done to have a nice catch up my friend got up and see if they where making her smoothie cause I got my drink like ages so the manager of the store was a bit unrapped with her not friendly at all we asked if the cinnamon buns was fresh she replied yes it came this morning the buns like crumbled in my hands was not fresh I then got up and asked the supervisor if I could please have a slice of toast she said excuse me I then repeated myself the place was not busy but she was with the ice cream we just feel no smiles I approached one of the other staff members to find out she was a supervisor next min the supervisor came over and confronted us still no smile and she looked like she wanted to kill us asked if she can help us with anything els and tried intimidating us instead I am so sorry you feel that I wasn’t friendly or helpful she was like trying to start a fight very disappointed dong think I will come back here unless they get another supervisor sometimes putting people like that in a position should really be. Leaning dishes then being face fronting custermers sorry...
Read moreBeware I have been going here for almost 17 months and have discovered through checking my bank statements that I have been charged twice more than 14 times so if you pay by card check how much and hiw many transactions there are on your statement.
Update Thanks to Chloe for approaching me this morning more than willing to help resolve this matter. I will say this issue aside the coffee is great the service impeccable can't comment on the food haven't tried it but it does look nice.... I will continue buying my coffee here everyday paying with cash of course it will be interesting to see how long it takes to refund my account and of course who's error it turns out to be......
After much time wasting talking with the NAB trying to sort this ongoing issue being constantly charged double by my bank without admitting fault they are refunding all now 18 double charges of $5.30 one at a time..... thinking the bank had fixed the problem I paid by card last weekend and yes another double charge. Many thanks to Chloe and her staff for great service good humour and rhe best...
