I Sushi — Restaurant in Western Australia

I ordered teriyaki chicken bento box today and it was atrocious. First off I went in to pick up my order and they put the sushi on top of a warm bento box with intentions to get me and my family sick. Then I open the bento box and there’s mayo slobbered all over my teriyaki chicken. I asked to speak with the manager/chef and he had the audacity to be rude. He told me “all Japanese places put mayo on their chicken teriyaki” and rolled his eyes at me. YET on their picture of the teriyaki chicken there is NO mayo. I have been to plenty of Japanese places before and NONE of them put mayo on their teriyaki chicken. It’s a shame because their sushi is good and local but, due to this experience I will NEVER be back again. MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR MEALS BEFORE YOU LEAVE...

I ordered a takeaway katsu chicken bento box and the chicken was hard and practically floating in sauce. I moved over to the salad and there was a dead fly in it. Seriously, I couldn’t even look at the tray. I used to like this place but now I’m seriously starting to question what’s going on in that kitchen. I currently have exams so I’m praying I don’t get sick. Also, since they don’t do delivery they don’t have a number to call to get a refund and I live all the way in Como!
