Terrible customer service. Ordered pizzas, garlic bread & a 1.25L Pepsi max and paid $8 for delivery. On delivery, only the pizzas and garlic bread came and when asked about the drink, the delivery guy said there wasn’t one. Double checked my order and yes, I’d ordered and paid for it. Tried calling twice, no answer. My partner called a bit later and was then told they’d check with the driver and return the call. No call back, so when we called AGAIN, the man we spoke to said he’d called twice which was a lie. He said that they don’t even have Pepsi max. Why have it as order-able if you don’t even have it or why not use my number from the order to call and check what we wanted as a replacement? He kept simply trying to offer us a ‘credit’ for the store. We just wanted our drink that we ordered and paid for - not sure what they thought would happen when they just chose not to deliver us one! My partner kept trying to just get us a drink delivered or a refund but the man kept pushing for a credit. He finally, after saying how busy the store is (which isn’t our problem because we did nothing wrong here), said a driver would deliver a drink to us. When the drink was finally dropped off, the person said they ‘especially brought it for us’ and acted like they were doing us a favour! It’s the job to deliver what was ordered and paid for by your customers and do it the first time?!? We wouldn’t have used a credit for this place because after the shocking service tonight, we won’t be ordering from them again. Going by their copy and paste responses to other negative reviews here, it’s clear they don’t really care about their customers at all or about providing good service. Such a joke to have to ‘fight’ for getting what you ordered...

First time ordering from this place with a first ever review being as it was that bad. Ordered Family combo 2 with an aqua and works pizza, with a small pepperoni pizza and hot chips on the side.The Aqua and Works pizzas were both inedible especially the Aqua pizza as it left a foul after taste in your mouth after every bite which was not many. Not sure if it was from the sauce or seafood, but possibly both. Hot chips were way over salted and that’s a first for me considering I love a good amount of salt on my chips The Garlic bread was cold in the middle and soft on the outside however had a burnt taste. The chicken wings where the best and only thing you could eat out of the whole meal apart from the provided store brought cheesecake. Sad to put such an horrible review but def will not go back. First time ever my family could not continue to eat a takeout let alone want to keep the leftovers for...

So my partner and I ordered pizza via a phone call and when we arrived we realised we had been given the wrong order which is understandable as phone calls aren’t always clear, but what wasn’t fine was the fact the guy refused to take the incorrect pizza back and get us the correct one and made us pay for the ‘extra’ pizza even though it was HIS mistake. His only excuse was this wrong pizza was what was on the receipt, which may be the stupidest excuse known to mankind because clearly it was wrong and showing me an order isn’t proof. Additionally, he also seemed very disrespectful and frankly unprofessional, like where in Australia do you make someone pay extra for your mistake! I would steer clear of this place if you’re reading this because customer service is clearly not a priority here. The only good thing was the pizza was pretty good, a little too much sauce but...
