Sip puts regular tea to shame... if that says enough. I just feel so good after a loaded tea (or two). Hydrated, energised and satisfied with every single flavour I've had. I don't handle caffeine from coffee well at all but this tea gives me the same energy minus the side effects, plus there's a decaf version which tastes exactly the same.

The smoothies are amazing, they're all high protein, I don't have to worry about lactose, and they're healthy while still making you feel like you're satisfying a sweet or naughty craving. Balance!

The Sip team are so lovely, and really just make the whole experience feel safe, welcoming and comfortable which is so hard to come by. You guys are real gems, and customer service is beyond top notch. If you struggle to get water intake in, with the teas I can now get 4L+ of fluids in every day easily. What is a loaded iced tea? It is a delicious iced tea drink with added Aloe Vera (great for gut health) and has none of the bad stuff you find in traditional iced tea! Each tea is around 24 calories or less.

If you have a sweet tooth but are trying to cut sugar, than this is the place for you. With a huge range of flavours you will want to keep coming back for more! I promise :) and all the drinks are super Insta worthy.

To start Sophie and Marko are the most lovely, kind hearted and wholesome people that I have met. They provide such excellent service at Sip not only to myself but also to my son whom loves going into sip to see his favourite Soph and Marko! They not only provide such a positive & welcoming vibe to their store but all of their ranges of drinks taste amazing and always make you feel so refreshed and energised.
