DAT'S Amore — Restaurant in Western Australia

We have been getting coffee once or twice a week from here for 6 months or so and it's usually very good but the last three times it has been terrible, not hot enough and weak, can barely taste the coffee. I think this is partly due to there only being one staff member working and it is busy. Also the staff who were great at making coffee don't appear to be working there any more which is a shame.... I won't be returning. edit. this is not a fake review On another occasion, the time before the last the owner made us takeaway coffees and when we returned to our car we found that they were half full, we didn't have time to return, she was also speaking quite rudely to her staff. On another occasion I was in there and it was a very hot afternoon, the two young women working looked clearly uncomfortable, I asked why the air conditioner was not on and they said they weren't allowed to use it. We got here at 1:55, wanted to order a plain pasta dish (Spaghetti Pomodore) We ordered at 2:01pm 1 minute over the lunch order time and they said we are too late to order anything but Pizza. I asked if he asked the Chef, she said yes and he said no. I looked at him he is like 20 years old. The we ordered an ice cream. One scoop 5.- She wanted to give us the tiniest scoop in the world. We just couldn’t help laughing when we looked at it. We were given a tiny bit more after we complained. We got a glass for our Sprite that was boiling hot. We haven’t had the Pizza yet but… actually, just received it now. Italians would call this junk food not Pizza. The guys are all in their early 20ties. Have no idea about real life and just don’t give a s. Don’t even know why we stayed and consumed anything here. Guess the kids were hungry. Such a shame as the place has got a nice feeling/atmosphere. Almost forgot. A plate of Spaghetti...

First and Last experience sadly. Was very excited to go for a delicious Italian gelato on a hot day. Firstly the selection was poor. My first option I asked for was advertised and in the cabinet but then had just been made and wasn't even frozen. Then both single scoops me and my partner ordered were bite size scoops for $5 each which is such a disappointment. Lastly my second option which was the berry sorbet tasted like old frozen frost bitten berries. What was meant to be a nice summer experience was a complete let down and full of disbelief someone could serve that to people and be proud! I can't comment on the other food.
