Venue: Street parking. An old house was decorated in industrial style. Not packed. Quiet during weekdays. Clean & tiday. A bit cold in the winter when open was kept opening. Read moreI recently visited this restaurant, and the experience was undoubtedly disappointing. From the moment I walked in, the service was terrible. The guy at the counter had a completely unpleasant attitude and seemed annoyed with every question we asked. His lack of professionalism and courtesy was evident and negatively impacted our entire visit.
The food did not help improve the situation either. The dishes we ordered were completely tasteless, with no seasoning or flavor at all. It was as if they had just taken the food out of the freezer and served it without any proper preparation. Additionally, the portions were small and did not justify the price we paid.
In summary, the poor service and the staff's attitude, combined with the flavorless food, made this an experience I would not recommend to anyone. It was a waste of time and money. I definitely won't be returning to this place and would suggest others look for better options.

Read moreA great Japanese restaurant in the city! Think along the lines of a fancy Jbento with a wider variety of dishes.
The bentos on offer are all great quality - the miso steak was particularly good. The menu has a good variety of dishes including some creative entrees and even sandos for lunch (not on dinner menu unfortunately). There’s also a good drink menu with some great mocktail options available if you’re in to that!
The venue is easy to find (except signage on the street is slightly small but that could be my problem), and parking is plentiful around the area. The shop itself is narrow but deep - and might struggle to fit any more than a party of 10 comfortably. It’s a very cosy place though and gives off a nice vibe. The waiters are friendly and helpful and service is decent speed.
For the price and in the area it will be quite hard to find a restaurant of this quality. So if you’re into bento meals then this is a place you should...
