Domino's Pizza Gosnells — Restaurant in Western Australia

Not even worth the one star ...... I ordered online from gosnells dominos for a quick and easy dinner ..... But got quite the opposite ..... My kids were complaining and screaming as it reached the one hour long wait for a 20min pizza ..... One of the dominos guy had pulled up and started to back out of our house when my partner stopped him to ask if he had pizzas ....... Much to my digust he didn't have our pizzas but said they will be here soon ..... Hmmm OK ..... Wait another 15 min before calling to ask what the go is ...... Their response....... "We. Haven't actually started the order as we tried to call to confirm and no answer" funny that I had no missed calls on phone and they personally sent driver to confirm order in person ? My kids now asleep with nothing in t heir belly's and exhausted from waiting to eat..... Dominos tracker saying pizza ready ..... The guy asked if I stillwanted pizza ? YES I WANTED. IT 1HR AGO... I was not yelling...., and asked if he could offer any discount etc for the stuff around he simply said no and that it was our fault for not answering imaginary phone call even though they started the tracker online and seen us in person ??.. Rude and disrespectful if u ask me the dick...

I was charged $30 for 2 $7 Pizzas & 2 $1 extra options. The girl refused to give me a refund even other customers stood up for me saying you have overcharged this lady. I tried to contact their head office but it either rang out or was constantly engaged, I left at least half a dozen messages which were never returned so I never received my refund of $14 from the $30 charged. I don't go there anymore. They are also extremely rude as whilst speaking with the girl about being overcharged she was extremely offensive 2 customers cancelled their orders after hearing the way she spoke to me. What really made me laugh was as I was leaving the supposed absent manager was there all the time cooking Pizzas and didn't say a word. What sort of manager does that?? Was he scared he certainly didn't do his job that's for sure. We ordered Pizza from Dominos in Kelmscott/Armadale the service was great & the Pizza was great. A huge contrast to the rude uncooperative people at the Gosnells Branch. Armadale/ Kelmscott you have my sincere thanks for great Customer Service & 1 of the Best Pizzas I've tasted in a longtime, Thank You for the Great Service and Great Pizza I highly...

We ordered 2 pizzas from your store last weekend, I found this piece of hard sharp plastic in my piece of supreme pizza that I had for lunch the next day. It got stuck in my throat and I started choking, with no one around, luckily I was able to dislodge it as I didn't see the plastic as it was embedded in the topping. I emailed head office on Sunday, and they said they would get back to me in 2 business days. I then left a post on the dominos Facebook page with still no response. It's not good enough and I want compensation. I will take this further if I need to. Edited to add....after still hearing nothing back. I personally went into the store today to speak to a manager. I was told someone would call me, which they have. They won't do anything about it because it's been too long,even though I emailed straight away. If this has happened to a child they may have died. This will now be taken...
